obviosly my motor is shot. and i already got my tranny out. here aremy questions;

1.) should i just rebuild my 305 TBI and keep the computer there or should i just just go crate/custom build my own motor?
a.) if i go to trashing my 305 should i just go with a DFI system from accell or similar or what?
2.) rebuild the T-5, put in a T-56 from a 94, or get a richmond 6 speed?
3.) what type of rear end should i go with i wanna go posi but gear ratios are not my forte?

i have some experience with motor swaps cause i did one in my 90 jeep and my 76 impala and i helpped my buddy with his 74 chevelle. i also have experience with motor building, in high school we rebuilt a '88 383 blown with 14 lbs of boost and a 750 carb. also with 4 years with electronics work and rewiring my managers caravan i assume i'll be able to do the fuel injection. this car will be a daily driver with a little fun on the side as we all do. i also attend wyotech currently so im not all that new im just takeing the body side of it all now and the auto is comming later.

 

If you have the money I would do the crate,maybe an edelbrock fuel inj motor.
