I know it will bug you until you get it smoothed! Those little things can be frustrating. I usually get the hammer and grinder out after I've gotten irritated enough, and bang them out.

Its uncovered, so its really just next to a low spot. As I went over it the paper created a slight dip in from on the seam.

Haha i just read all 38 pages at work. Your car is looking spectacular man, i wish i had some insight or tips to give you but since ive never done a rebuild before it looks like its going to be the other way around. Keep up the good work on this project. Maybe next year you can drive your car to the power tour instead of your buddies pickup.

Oh yeah, i was wondering why you always seem to message me on my thread in the middle of night your time. Your trouble sleeping really seems to help me out. Thanks

Sounds like you need a long board in that area to keep the paper from creating a dip!

I have two and a 12" board. I just got greedy while sanding. Easy fix, I just haven't felt like it since twisting my ankle Sat. while mowing my grass. I got through priming it.In pure agony. I'm hoping I can block it out really.

Bad enough having to stop car work to do yard work, but then hurting yourself and having that stop further car work is just unacceptable!

I've been on the gimp all week too. Work has been fun. I did manage to clean and rearrange the garage last night. I woke up hurting bad. I'm hoping to get the frame seams welded and start on the doors and fenders this weekend. We'll see though. I may just enjoy my boys. I'm surprising my oldest with a trips to see Cars 2 tomorrow. So much to do, so little time. Oh yeah the grass needs mowed tomorrow too. LOL Hope I don't break my neck.
