Ahh I'm not bummed. I would be if I was still building my blue Z. The new car is silver with red interior, would'nt be at home here either. One question though is it a 78-79 or an 80-81. I can't find the 78-79 anywhere i look. It had one when I sold it to my buddy and came back without it.

Default Holley 1850-4

This is the carb i took off of my 81, it's a Holley 1850-4 600cfm. I need to put a carb kit in it (is why i replaced it with a q-jet) but i took a wire brush on the end of my drill and went to town on it (didn't really like the finish anyway). The first pic is what it was (corroded worse before i wire brushed it), and the last pic i just sat it on there, just to see lol.

Thanks man, I like the SST'S as well but also like the style you have so it really did not matter what ones i run just thought if that's what you wanted on your car i could help you out lol. And still have a set i like. theres were on my cutlass i paid $300 for them with 2 brand new tires on the back from my buddy (He's a import guy) thats why they were cheap lol

As for the lug nuts i had a hell of a time finding the ones i needed. I lucked out as i have a friend that works at a local tire shop and got them for me still had to pay 50 bucks tho lol

But you car is coming along nice good work keep it up
I sent you a PM will ship your emblem out this week for you should have it early to mid week next week.

Problem with painting them is as soon as you put a 4 way or impact gun on them the paint will scatch off or flake. if you have any trouble finding them let me know and i will have my buddy set you up with the lugs
