I will get the re install pic and post it, been working on the top side of the car since I had the hdrs done. Been working on my electric fan set up with the aluminum mounting plate for the rad. Also ended up painting the top rad support plate.

Hope that shroud doesn't create flow restrictions! A shroud should have some spacing off the radiator on the closed portion so the air can be easily pulled through. It looks like the corners of your shroud are almost tight against the core? Should be at least an inch or more away to not restrict air flow.

After making a quick chk there is atleast 1" to the core, the rad is only a 2 core. I just figured it was better to have the plate there instead of having the fan mounted the the middle of the rad and just cooling exactly where it is sitting. This way it will pull air through the whole rad surface.

Here's a pic of the fixed hdr. Still not as low as the driver side, but still a 1" clearance to the floor.

I had to remove the shroud on my big block's radiator, as it got hotter with the shroud than without. It was 1" away, and at freeway speeds it ran extremely hot after I added the shroud. Before it only got hot at idle. I ended up pulling over and unbolting it, then temporarily wire tied the fan back to the radiator to get home.
Make sure you take some tools and wire ties on your test trip, and get it out on the freeway to see if it blocks air flow.

All that's left now is a low profile air cleaner, wire up the fan and fill the cooling system and she's ready to fire up.

Wired up the fan and everything is good with it. Started the car and it was a no go, after trying to figure out what I forgot to hook up, it turned out my motor was 180* out. Wrong TDC, straighten things out and she fired up right away. Sounds mean with just the long tube hdrs and mufflers on, but the drown inside the car is unbearable.
Waiting for the full Jegs exhaust to come. Carb needs to be fine tuned with A/F mixture screws.
I set the timing a 4* advance seems to run alright.

I thought Edelbrocks were plug and play? At least that's what all my buddies say when I tell them I like Holleys!
