Sound freaking great. The x-pipe made it a little quieter but the 3" made it a lot deeper. You can actually feel the exhaust.
can't wait to get my 3" exhaust and x-pipe post a video of it when you can

Getting ready to put it in the building this week an start in on it. An see what all it needs done to it. Might be looking to sell it come the end of this month. Would like to have something easier on gas than the 350.

Spent 8 hrs yesterday under my gasser cleaning and painting some more! Get into the interior today, but that should just be a quick vacuum and it will be ready for the show. Of course the forecast is for rain, so I'll have a lot more to do once I drive the 10 miles to the show, and begin cleanup all over again! After the show I don't care if it gets dirty, I'll be driving it or the '71 all summer.

I'm moving in to the new house this weekend. I am praying for the time/energy to get my baby home from my dads. It still needs and exhaust but i think I have everything I need to fire it up. If that goes well. Its game on. I will drive the <1 mile to work with open headers. Shooting for June to be able to do short cruises.

Vall, I got another question. You got metro weather stripping IIRC. Do you experiance any wind noise? Not that you would cruise with the windows up often. I ask because I have spent a ton on sound deadener to quiet my interior down. It think it may amplify the wind noise with the windows up. I've never been in a car with good seals and am not old enough to remember when they were new.

Wish I had gotten Metro, as I've heard nothing but good about them. I got PUI because it was the one everyone raved about at that time. No wind noise, but it's not a s soft as Metro, and took a long time to break in so I could close my doors with the windows rolled up!

I stripped 2 rims and painted one, Car will look alot better not having faded red rims on a grey car.
DK those exhaust tips are awsome!

Just noticed the signature...
Holly H_ll... what does that car run?
How are you not ripping it in two with the big block?
How much HP?
What is the new motor? doesn't seem like you needed one.

I really really want a 502 but I know there is no way my t-top car can handle it.
Even with a full cage and sub-frame connectors.
I plan on starting on a 383 stroker soon.
Looking to get closer to 800hp.

Hey Jason, better rethink the Demon carb on your engine list if you haven't already bought it! Barry Grant just went out of business, so the poor service they had will now become NO service!
