I think you're right about one side being a little fatter than the other. That's what I get for assembling the thing in near dark conditions. I'll probably just have to rotate a couple of pistons then everything should line up. Thanks much!

I believe that if you put the caps on the wrong direction the sides of the rod and cap wont be flush. Look at the rod and cap to see if the sides are flush, and if not try the other direction to see.

Thanks, I was going to tear into it today and start rotating pistons, but got sidetracked at a car dealership all afternoon.
Now I'm really glad I got stuck there. I got the truck I wanted, and now...maybe I'll only have to swap a couple of end caps and I can finish this sucker.
