Well they look to be correct, but of course they're upside down. If you turn them over they will be correct, and then you'll need to remove whatever bolts are between the turnsignal and the upper header panel and lower valance panel to slip them in.
They sure don't look like std. brackets (which your car should have had) but they're RS brackets that will fit the bumperettes. Not sure if they'll work with a std. Camaro until you try them. Most people who convert from std. to RS use the std. brackets on the little RS bumperettes.
I can just see what looks like the supports hanging down above the turn signals, so they should also bolt to the brackets. I don't see the filler plates, but they aren't really needed except to hide the bracketry.
Should be 3 bolts into the core support, and then all the bumper bolts, etc. and support bolt.

My new exhaust system fell apart today! I planned on tack welding the joints as they were all assembled with muffler clamps, and I don't trust them. Anyway, it didn't really come completely apart as the hangers held it in place, but it started banging againt the swaybar, so I got under there and found it had slipped in the muffler.
So I went and got the MIG welder and put it back together, then welded the joints to hold it. Hate it when I know I should do something right, but wait until it falls apart to do it!
