Well for timing idk what this RV cam is specd at so all I can do really is time it for stock cam, And I had it lean with the mixture screws on the carb on the old set up so retuning for the new engine should help

May have to tweak the timing a little if it's not a stock cam and you set it at stock timing. Aftermarket cams often wont be close to the same timing marks, so if it doesn't run OK with stock timing, just move it a few degrees and drive it.

Without a cam spec I can't say. Just have to try it until it runs good and starts easy.

It already runs good and starts easy at 6* advance, the only problem is if I nail it then it bogs a little but if it's just cruising it's fine.
