So after all my extensive games of trial and error I think I finally have it running right. Accidently roasted the tires while in 3rd gear, now I have to finish all the tedious wiring issues and cosmetic horrors on the car.

Needs a new rear end because the ratio is too low for this engine, needs a new shifter for the transmission, and the right headers and a sparkplug tune-up from running so rich.
