We finally got the damn thing running. Well last night we figured we would give it on last try. we went back over the whole car. wires plugs firing order only to come to one thing, timing. this was the 5th time we would be resetting it to TDC an lining up the rotor to the number one point. An when we took the rotor off For some odd to god reason the rotor was facing the nuber 4 spot. lol we set it at one gave it a good crank a to my surprise it started. we let it run for bout 15 min an man did it sound good. didnt sound anything like the 305 did. (open headers) after it got warm i took it out side for a little spin a man i couldnt beleave how good the car felt. now my car is auto so with the 305 when i would nail it from a stop it truely was a dog. ( off the line my buddies broke *** oil burning blazer could keep up) last night when i nailed it the (TIRE) lol broke lose. other than i have a hefty leak coming from the tranny line it runs great. little fine tunning (maybe on a dyno if my room mate can get it actual working) an some teflon tape i think i will be happy with it.
