Default Electric Choke Power

I have an 81 Z28 w/ a 350. I've removed the ECM and just installed a Holley 4175 spread bore carb w/ electric choke.
The wire that goes to the electric choke is light green and has NO voltage when the car is running. It should be a switched 12v.
Does anyone know where this wire goes? I don't see anything on the fuse block that relates to the choke.
Could this have originally gone to the ECM? If it does go to an ECM connector, under the dash, I can trace it and tie it into a switched 12v source.
Any insight will be appreciated.

It may have came from ECM.
But, you can get power from ACC spade on fuse panel.

Issue solved. Found an on-line wiring diagram and located a switched 12v source in the engine compartment.
