Sounds right. I think there 45.5 for a 700r4.

I'm in the process of changing over from 2pc to 1pc, preferrably alum.
My 2 pc measures 41.75 center-to-center (off a little since measured installed with tape bowing around carrier bearing).
This forum repeatedly states "any 3rd or 4th generation made to fit 700R4/4L60 will work".
I must be missing something as there is at least 8" diff (~42" to 50")???
Educate Me PLEASE!

I'm confused now. Do you own a 2nd Gen Camaro? (1970-81) If so, then how did it ever have a two piece driveline?

You have a 95 and are asking in the wrong place. Please don't hijack other people's threads, stay with your own thread you started in the 4th gen section.
But to answer your question again, yes any 3rd gen (700R4 vintage/length) or 4th gen driveshaft will work.
