the one for the hazard is located in the top of the fuse box
the one for the turn signal is located in the area of the radio under the dash
I may have this backwards, but that is their location

Flat Tire is correct, hazard flasher on fuse panel.

Each circuit, emergency, turn signals, and brake lights have their own power.
All go through the turn signal switch except emergency.
