Default Turn Signals Dont Work./Hazzards Do!!HELP!!!

well my turn signals stopped working but the hazzards still work fine. they are out all the way around. I replaced the flasher, and the multi function lever. what can it be? I desperately need to get them working before i get a ticket plus the dream cruise is this weekend and i cant rely on hand signals in the bumper to bumper cruising. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!! thanks

There are two flashers one for the hazards and one for the signals.

the turn signal flasher should be about 8-10 inches above the four way flasher. mine went bad, but failed to the on position. i hope you have small arms and hands as its a tight fit
