Spray some PB Blaster in the cylinder and walkaway, come back in a day and do it again. Are they still connected to the crank? if so you should be able to turn it in a few days, otherwise you will have to hammer them (SOFTLY) out. WD 40 works also, just takes longer. If you have honing oil that works too. the key is to let the juice soak for a day or two.
Are the heads still on, or are they off? If off, then as the pistons are soaking, gently rap on them periodically with the wooden handle end of a hammer. Jarring the rings as they soak will help the penetrating oil to work in.
All of the above will definitely help. If the heads are off you could try taking advantage of thermal expansion to work for you. If it the pistons are this seized they are now throw away anyways so you could try heating up the head of the pistons slowly with a torch or you favourite heat source. Don’t apply so much heat as to damage the piston and heat them up for 3-4 minutes so that the heat works its way down to the skirts. Afterwards you can either let them cool naturally but works even better is if you cool them down faster with an air gun or similar.
The idea is that the piston will expand and break the corrosion bond that has formed between the piston walls and cylinder walls. Immediately afterwards apply more lubricant as mentioned above. The thermal break from the heating and cooling will allow the lubricant to be more effective......maybe.
The above work GREAT with seized exhaust bolts if you use water to cool down after heating red hot.
