I have a 69 with 327/ 2barrel carburetor I am looking for one line that goes from carb to pump. It was a 5/16 fitting to carb and 3/8 to pump with line being 3/8. All the lines I can find are 5/16 both ends. Any suggestions.

 

How about using a 3/8 to 5/16 brass reducer at the fuel pump?

 

You can get them from Camaro Central and other such places .Otherwise get some use 3/8 hard line .rubber line and or braided line .And brass and or AN fittings .It depends on the 'look" you want ,Your budget .And your mechanical skill.
