Default fuel pump ?

i bought one of the edelbrock performer series fuel pumps for my '81 Z. the sheet that came with it said i need the adapter plate that allows the fuel lines to run in the bottom of the pump due to the motor mount being in the way for 70-81 camaros. so i got the plate and my stock pump has 3 lines running to it i'm taking it one is a return line. my new pump is designed for just inlet and outlet. what do i do about the return line?

You could put a T fitting at the output of the pump. Depending on how the tank is vented, it may be a bad idea just to plug the vent line off.
