replacing water pump and have everything removed from front of engine. It looks like it would be a lot easier to get fan shroud out of way but can't
seem to maneuver shroud to get it out. Fan has been removed but it won't come out. Any ideas or tricks? Could replace pump w/o removing shroud but it'll be helluva task! Thanks, Tom

 

The fan shroud should be able to come up and out after the waterpump pulley and all the fan belts are removed
