69 Camaro Tail light question.....
Hello, new to the forums. I am finishing up my 69 Camaro and have a seemingly easy question, but have not had any luck researching the answer.
The car has been apart for 5 years and gone through many changes, and I don't believe the tail lights are correct. When the parking lights or headlights are on, the inner 2 lights (single pole 56's) are very bright, and the outer 2 are dim until the brake pedal is pressed and then they both match. This looks strange to me and I have not been able to verify if its correct. I have studied the wiring diagrams, and even ripped apart the original loom and verified both are the same.
I have owned several 1st gen camaros, this is my first 69, and its been apart for 5 years. I assume that both lights should be the same. Can anyone let me know what is correct?
Thanks...
