Well if your going to live in America you have to get used to buying things you cant afford. Dont worry they will finance you, its the American way, lol.

I'm new to this Camaro website. Just recently had my 05 SSR with 16,500 miles totalled. The other ladies insurance did me right so now I'm looking at the ragtop camaro as a replacement. The V-6 w/ manual is my current choice. Also as I read that the LTII has ALL the electronics? The RS seems to only have the headlights, rear spoiler and LED taillights for $1500? I should be able to get some nice Foose's and an aftermarket spoiler for that. I imagine the SSII convertible will be around $50 wheras the LTII should be around $35. Also just for info's sake if your 6 foot tall your head may be hitting the roof if you order the sunroof. Also does anyone have the 19 wheel backspacing dimensions? The dealers don't seem to know much.

I got the V6 LT2 and I'm more than happy... a couple friends have the SS V8 but they don't seem to be very comfortable driving around 25mph - 35mph areas. I agree with the Megan Fox comment above.
I would wait until March and get the V6 Vert... where would you put your $$$? on extra HP you won't ever use or nice options that will provide comfort and looks???
Good discussion though!

My $$$ go to power/performance over looks almost everytime, just me though. I like having a stock looker, but I couldnt resist the SS badges.

Agree with Juligan, I was thinking right that these days.
The difference between V6 and V8 is almost $6K, as for coupe and vert...
I know that a muscle car must have working muscles and it may be seems weird if I say that but she will be my first serious car (my last is 55hp and 132in lenght ) and the V6 power, I guess, may be enough, for the first time obviously...
So if at the same price I could have a vert with "only" 300hp... mmm let me think

I'm supposing its different strokes for different folks....................I wouldn't sacrific the already on tap performance capabilities of the V8 personally.......But I also accept that no two feet fit similiar appearing shoes the same. Good Luck with your decision.
