i hate those cars..

 

My friend has one. The only time that she raced me was at a very bad spot with a railroad crossing (was one of those spontaneous races that happen when you go down the street minding your own business and randomly see your friend's car). I love my car much more than her so I slowed down before the bump of the RR crossing, while she kept speeding up to around 80 and flew over it. I could see space between the bottom of her tire and the road for a second - not something I want to put my Camaro through, even if that means losing to a celica.

 

yea. i was the same way with mine, and especially with my ION, dont need to bend a rim or pop a tire after spending 2grand on them.
i did the same exact thing racing my friend's Neon, he flew over it doing 100 or so, and caught bout 6inches of air, i slowed down to 10 to cross it lol.

this frickan kid also took it down the road from his house(long road, all fields, no houses or cops, hardly any cars, and all hills, wen up a hill doing 75-80, and caught literally about 2feet of air with the frickan NEOn, that was one time he broke engine mounts, how it broke the mount i dont know, but it did lol.

 

Yea, something I wouldn't mind doing to a real beater, but not to my Camaro.

 

u'll kill the thing...my 3.8 took a 4.6 00 mustanghands down..ur probably pullin like close to 40 more hp than him, and american muscle will kill a rice burner anyday

 

So what mods you got on that 3.8 mike? pretty sure a stock for stock race a 2000 mustang would win.
