well i was driving on the interstate today and im going about 70-90 mphpassing a lot of people. there was this silver thing, i dont know what it was but it had to have been a 4 or 6 cyl. he comes flying up in the right lane and flew by me at prolly 110 when i was going 85. during this he looked at me and my friend and laughed.i put it in 4th and stomped on it. i pulled really good on him then passed him after taching out 4th. when i shifted into 5th i couldnt floor it cuz it just bogged. so im going easy on the throttle and still pulling. i was mabe 4 lengths ahead when there was a car in front of me and i had to hit my brakes. he kept going and almost hit a semi and cut into the left lane and kept going for a few seconds. when i met back up with him i flew by and he TRIED to catch up. every time i was under 80 he comes flying by and i give it gas and blow by him. its like he didnt know i was faster than him. and btw, does anyone know what a 85 z/28 with 2.77 gears and a 305 5 speed is going in fith gear at 4000 rpm? i think its somewhere along the lines of 130 or 140 right? obviously this kid and his buddy dont know what its like going that fast.

I could be mistaken but I think it tops around 120 give or take.Andis it TPI or TBI? Do you have any idea what kind of car it was? If it was like a celiac GTS, GS eclipse, Spec V or something like that it would be a good kill because those 4 bangers pull around the same times at the track as you do stock. If it was a 1.0 3 cylinder metro the story is a little less heroic.

no it was like a acura or something. it got up there fast but topped out really quick. and he nudged for me to go. so it was a race in my book, cuz we both went at the same time after the semi. then we screwed around until he got off the next exit.

 

RSX type S, RSX, TSX, TSX type S, Integra LS, Integra GSR, Integra type R. Thats every thing from 16 seconds down to low 14s.

 

yea it was one of those. it was kinda boxy lookin. it wasnt a peice of **** either, it was a nice car no mods from what could see but it had nuts.

 

Sorry but no honda/acura has nuts maybe the NSX. If it looked newer probaly a tsx or rsx.
