thats a little hopeful. like i said, an lt4 wont do it and he doesnt even have the total lt4 package.

my buddy has a complete lt4 swap with full boltons and made 290 rwhp

^same my buddy has a 97 with the lt4 heads, manifold, and a cam, not sure what cam. He also has a 12 bolt with 4.10's and he runs 13.2-13.3 all motor, but when he turns on his 100 shot of steroids he ran a 12.24. Hes selling it to get an LS1 camaro, go figure.

went to the track tonight the best was a 13.97 at 100 mph ill post up the details of 60' and whatnot.

but if the shop he took it to does a good job you can get a ported set of LT1 heads to flow better than GMPP LT4 heads, and the only difference in the manifold is .10" taller ports, so if his is port matched that shouldn't make any difference, once again, most of it depends on how well the shop did it's job.

330ft.- 5.95
1/8- 9.05
1/8 mph- 79.91
1/4 ET- 13.97
1/4 mph- 100.31

I couldnt mash it off the line cause I would just peel out. So hopefully soon ill have some drag radials an a better flowing muffler.
