rebuilt the whole engine, new bearings rings and gaskets and machine work. not sure of the coolant level, i haven't let it run long enough to get to operating temp to bleed the system.

so i had to put the surging on hold because the car all of a sudden decided it didnt want to run turns out the injectors will run for a few seconds and than stop. its not the pump, i still get fuel when there not running.

anyways hopefully thats an easy fix.

heres a shot as she sits now.

Ahahahaha so funny man. Yea, i agree. I havent had a problem with my opti ever since i swapped the oem with 140k miles on it for a Autozone opti with lifetime warranty. Goodluck man, maybe have the injectors cleaned?

its not the injectors its the electrical system. these injectors are peak and hold so maybe the resistor pack is shot. i got another one but its been so cold here and i dont wanna go i the garage.

So the resistor pack is good, I'm getting ~6.4 ohms. I'm getting 10.75V at the injectors. So now I'm thinking its the ECU. Later today I'm getting a P13 ECU for an OBD1 H22, let's hope that fixes the problem.
