Default Just bought a 78 Camaro

Hi everyone, I bought a 78 a few days ago. It looks great and currently runs well, but the previous owner did some odd modifications and it has a few kinks that will need to be worked out. Sadly, I have no clue how to work on it, so I'll be depending on mechanics for everything. It would be easy for someone to pull one over on me, so I'm hoping I can find advise here that could help me avoid being ripped off. I'll post pics of the car today.

Welcome to the forum, that car would be very easy to work on for a beginner. We can help you with the troubleshooting and if you got the gusto, then you can do some of the work yourself and save you some money. Post up some pics when you can and head over to the Off Topic section sometime.
