Default 1997 camaro v6 fuel problem help please

Can someone help me i have 97 v6 camaro . Im having a problem with it.
It starts and just shuts off not even trying to idle . I have changed the fuel pump, the air idle control valve , the MAF sensor, the Map sensor, the fuel pump relay, spark plugs , coils. And nothing . I tried starter fluid and kept spraying it until the can ran out , the car will stay on until the can had nothing feel then the car with shut off yet again . I checked to see if the fuel rail had any fuel pressure and it doesnt. Can it be the fuel regulator causing the problem ? HELP

Does the car stay running if you hold the gas down slightly to make an artificial idle?

The engine has to start within about 5 seconds or the PCM will remove power from the pump. You should be able to feed power directly to the pump using the priming test connector in the engine compartment. Also check the fuel injection fuses that provide power to the injectors.

Thank you everyone. My car is running fine now. I found out my fuel pump relay was going bad. And it seem i need to turn the key on and off like 2 or 3 times and crank it and it starts up normally . Seems that i should get a new sending unit .
