ok well last night i smashed it like 10 m away and back home it was about to hit red when i was parallel parking on a hill. when i turned off my car it sounded like a fan was still going.

The fan will run if the car is off to cool it, but almost in the red is not normal. Flush and bleed the cooling system like I posted before. See if that helps. Also scan for codes.

When mine did that my bearing in the water pump free spun. And got got no matter what but it never hurts to bleed system nor check fo codes

It said I need o2 sensors and there's a little leak in my I think water pump. And today when I checked my water there was stuff on yhe dipstick that wasn't there before so I see I should flush it

That's not good. You are going to need to replace the water pump and the optispark at the same time... Not gonna be cheap...

When you say you checked your dipstick, are you talking about the oil dipstick? If there is anything on there, that is a good sign that you blew a head gasket (oil mixing with water and vice versa). And your car is overheating. That is REALLY not good. Get a compression test done on the car to make sure that it is functioning properly. The last thing that you want to do is hydrolock your motor...

I have a 95 and mine never goes over 190 even in our 100 degree weather in traffic over the last week. I must be a lucky one

That might mean that your temperature gauge is off... LT1's have iron blocks, so they are very susceptible to heat soak. I would do this:

It might save your car...
