I would want to know for sure what thee last state is that it was registered in, and whether on not it was registered since it was deemed salvage. since the pic looks pretty good I would guess it was already repaired and registered. states have different laws on salvage titles. most would call it a rebuilt title after it was repaired and passed an inspection. some states like VT I think, only require a VIN check so you can register just about anything. anyway I would say thats the most important info to get, because if it was something bad the guy would probly just lie about it.
