T/B
Plugs/Wires
Headers
Cam
Thermostat
Sub frame connectors

Good stuff to start with in my opinion but not in that order, just pick and choose w/ your 3g's

about how much do you thinkputting a cam, full exhaust and headers would set me back? including parts and labor, just like a rough estimate

Honestly, with 120k miles on it, you might want to think about a lil' more basic stuff, just to refresh the car. Im speaking from experiance, i bought a 97 once with 125K on it, and i coulda used the money i spent on aftermarket stuff just on the repairs. So think about it....
