I have an automatic in my 95Z. Recently I rebuilt the transmission and for about a day after it worked like a charm. Then the transmission stopped shifting automatically into all gears. All of the gears still work fine but you have to let off the gas a higher RPMs to allow it to fall into gear. Solenoids, wiring harness, what??
any help would be great.
PS it has proper fluid level.

 

I have a similar problem too, at wot it wont shift until you let off.

 

try disconnecting your negative battery cable for about 5 min this should reset the pcm. try that to see if it works also you should try to scan the car for any codes

 

yes unhooking the battery clears the codes too. have it scanned before unhooking the battery.
