ok so the sixth gear in my T56 quit working. it goes into sixth gear but when you let off the clutch it just grinds. I'm pretty sure it's the gear so if any one knows wear i can get the gear please let me know or if you know it is something else. thanx

 

Before you go buying gears, take the tranyy apart & find out what is wrong. You will need to take it apart sooner or later to fix it. Your friendly GM dealer will be happy to sell you any part you need.
