Exclamation Replacing the Clutch

Within the next week or two I will undergo the task of replacing my clutch. I have replaced many clutches before, so the I have the experience to do so. I was just curious as to if there was anything I needed to know before hand. Any tips in making it go easier, anything in the way, etc. I have searched the forums and couldnt find a thing. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

The hardest part is probably going to be disengaging the clutch fork so you can separate the transmission from the motor in order to get in there and replace things. If you've done clutches before, have fun!

My father and I replaced our clutch over the winter and do to the fact that they cram everything into the F-bodys there is little room to work. You absolutley need a transmission jack or its close to impossible(we did it without one....its a nightmare). there is so little room to work with under the car that everything needs to line up perfectly in order for the trans to go back on smoothly. Needless to say my dad threatened giving up and selling the car as is hah so i wish you luck.
