Default Replacing clutch

So I was cruising in 3rd gear today and when I punched the gas i noticed the RPMs went up but the car didn't move in conjunction with the RPM's. This leads me to believe my clutch is slipping.
Time for a replacement?

It all looks doable, so I am wondering if there is anything else I should replace while I have all that apart?

Also any tips are much appreciated!

Thanks.
