What is all needed for me to switch my timing unit from the early lt1 model to the late one sothat I can use the lt4 timing chain? Am i going to be able to run the lt4 kit with only an electric water pump and a new cam or am i going to have to switch other things?

 

You wiil need the latest version of the front cover, LT4 chain & gears, latest version of vented distributor.
