Default I got a small problem

I have a problem. My Lt1 doesn't seem to run 100%. Since I've had it it's always had a small misfire. I've changed the plugs, wires, and add a bottle of injection cleaner, but it still does it. It seems like it's getting worse. What could it be? The only thing I can think of is that the ignition coil is going bad or the distributor is going bad. I don't think its the injectors. But I will check the fuel pressure ASAP. I'm new to these engines but can someone help me?

If the coild does not help, then it may well be the optispark. Check all wiring & connectors bewtween opti, coil, and ignition module, they have a habit of getting corroded which results in weird misfires. Is the SES lite lit??

yea, new blaster coil, and MSD 6AL cured that problem for me, and also gave me much more throttle response

Yeah, I was gonna ask about that. I want to get the MSD 6AL box but I can't find the wiring harness for the LT1. Accel sells the entire kit (ignition box, coil, and wiring harness) for the LT1. But I'm not too crazy[:'(] about Accel.

I would try to stay away from Accel coils. Had them on two different cars, and both coils died, replaced them with the original stock coils & no more problems.
