Default Help: Transmission cooler lines

Had the engine replaced in my daughters 94 v6 LT1.
The oil cooler lines are leaky. The mechanic tells me
Chevy doesn't make manufacture them anymore,
and he can't find a replacement. He says they will
have to be fabricated (Using some kind of bendable
metal tubing and I don't know what else.) Does anybody
know where I can find cooler lines for this vehicle or have
a suggestion?

yea, just go to the local junk yard and ask if they have that car and get the part, or else look on e-bay.

Best thing to do is use brand new tubing and have it bend it. I made my own transmission cooler lines for my 79 Camaro. We've had to do that once or twice at work when the transmission cooler lines are too rusted or they collapse.
