PM Gorn or 69 and ask them for suggestions as it seems like cylinder 5 has coolant in it. With the engine sittng idle for a while you don't want the coolant having its evil ways on the bearings.

maybe they have a suggestion of how to flush oil through it with respect to a non running engine short of yanking it out

another suggestion- reach out to the local f body chapter. It's always a good source for parts and suggestions and maybe even storage

I wouldn't be too concerned with that coolant in the cylinder, just mop it up with a rag and suck the rest out with a shop vac. Might as well vac all of the cylinders, just in case some coolant got in them too. It's not uncommon for coolant to get into some cylinders when removing the heads, and that may be all you're looking at. Drain the oil from the pan, and look at what comes out first. If it's all oil, you're ok. If an amount of coolant/water comes out first (oil floats on water), then that means you might have a bearing damage problem, as they prefer oil over water as a lubricant. No guarantees on their condition one way or another though. After you get the engine back together, glug a quart or two of new oil into the engine, through each valve cover if you can, and let it run right back out the oil pan drain. That'll help flush any other bad crud out of the oil passages and pan. It's cheap insurance.

these are 10128374 heads so they are the good ones if you wish to have them ported. no bids yet though so no telling what the minimum is. not so sure on the reliability of the seller either

I found a complete motor on craigslist I'm gettin tomorrow. it's a 355 head work cam and a forged bottom end it's a pretty good deal. $1700. any input on how to transport it? i don't have a stand or anything made for moving a motor so I was thing a pallet and a tire? I jus need to transport it I'll be able to unload it fine.

I've used tires

just be sure to strap it on opposing sides so it won't shift

since it's out, I suggest a new rear main seal. Also, pull the pan, replace the oil pump, the timing cover gasket and the 3 front seals and of course the pan gasket. It's a great time to take care of all of those things while it's out.
