if the fans work on ac then the PCM is intact. Move to the next sensor...maybe the cts? Boil it, test it and if you've replaced it before then look at your schematics then read between the sensor and PCM. If its open then find the splice pack or junction at fault.

If you're a real hot rodder you can improve upon any documented factory issues then re-route and run your own sensor wiring to the PCM.

Read your schematics then improve upon your ride!

 

i have seen this go till the owner hooked up a switch to the fans.
