If you really want to be loud, go with a ricer can lol. But you can go with flowmaster with racing cats and headers.

I hear SLP sounds good.... well quite literally.. lol my buddy has slp straight loudmouths on his 98 and it has some ***** to it. i on the other hand have flowmaster catbacks with a hi flow cat, it sounds the same basically as slp, but it a little quieter when not smashing on it. SLP knows their stuff with LT1s and LS1s. if i could buy exhaust again, Id go with SLP.

If you want to be rediculously loud, go with open Long Tube headers...I just put mine on and it's loud enough that it shakes the concrete floor in my garage. You can hardly hear the person next to you talking...and that's when it's idleing. Seriously though, before I put on the headers, I got some tubing bent and cut out the muffler and put on resonator tips(mine were from Hooker, but they all work the same), it was loud, but not crazy loud. I'm just hoping my Y-pipe and reconnecting the tips quiets the car a bit from open Long Tubes...they are just rediculous(and you run the risk of warping exhaust valves...which ins't good at all)
