i've had too much experience with this already..
looked through plenty of diagrams and schematics..
I would suggest leaving your wiring along, i've already messed with mine enough and for no benifit. I think it is a bad RAP module, but im not completely sure. I suggest getting a new one, but im not completely sure thats the problem. I plan on getting a new one, and if i do i'll let you know how it turns out

I have this problem too!
Replace the ignition switch thats on the bottom portion of the steering colum. I had the same problem happen to me. The contacts get worn out and that switch is what all of your power goes through before actually reaching your windows and radio. It will also cause your a/c to stop working.
So, does this apply to a 1995 LT1 as well? Fairly recently, my A/C quit blowing cold air completely (still blows, but its HOT). Windows seem to be working fine. BUT TODAY, driving to work my Stereo (factory BOSE) started making random LOUD crazy noises (almost like the interference noise when some people's cell phones are about to ring and they are by a computer - hope that makes sense to somebody!). Didn't matter if I was playing a CD or the radio - it went HAYWIRE both ways.
I have no idea if this relates to what you are talking about above, but it sounded like it did... If not, could someone point me to the right thread.

same thing happened to my car its the (bcm)body control moducle look it up look to see what it does i couldnt roll down my windows or listen to my radio and i triple check all the wires and there fine just do some reasearch befor u buy anything call around talk to ppl
