Spec my brakes suck too!! Can you fix mine since you'll be workin on Spartans? I was hauling *** through my nieborhood just after all the kids got out of school and were all over the streetsI came to a stop sign and it wound't stop! I was only doing about 60.....ish! Scared the crossing guard to death! I'm sure she'll be ok I saw her getting upfrom the street in my rearview mirror. Any help appreciated!

Nah I'm just being a d*ck! I thought that would be funny just to throw in there. On a serious note the brakes on the fbods93-97 do suck anyway. They are barley adequate to stop the vehicle when they are in great working order let alone when they begine to wear out. The newer fbods got the 11.5 inch rotor as compared to the 10.5 Spartan and myself have to deal with.

 

Would I be able to swap 11.5 inch rotors onto my '93? Or how about a conversion to corvette brakes?

Going fast is great, but being able to stop is better.
