16 is disributor ignition system low resolution pulse and could be bad conection or bad dizzy. 22 is thottle position sensor circuit. signal low voltage. u have either a short, bad connection, bad sensor, ecm connection or faulty ecm.

Yea I actally had the tps just sitting there because someone said that might be the problem and i coulent get it to the right spot where it was before so now it idles a little hi and I had to do somthing so I just hand tightend it so it was pretty sloppy....that problems gone now.....i believe its the ecm because the water pump is leaking and it drips right on it and from all the research I did that is common with LT1's

the opti also called the distributor is under the water pump. the ecm/engine control modual also called ecu/engine control unit is the main engine computer. do u have an adjustable throttle position sensor?

adjusting the tps is a time consuming job. it involves adjusting the tb idle screw and the tps, at the same time watching the iac to be sure its firing at a proper level. if u get the idle screw set to far in or at a low idle then the iac will be on all the time and would not be able to adjust the air. that will leave the computer with only the timing to use to make needed adjustments. that would make a rich mix. the other way (tb open to far)makes a lean mix. or maybe its the other way round. lol. im gona be doing mine this weekend so ill try and post it. cant find the directions i found the other night right now.
