Hi this is blue stinger does anybody have a similar problem like mine i have a 94 Z28 that runs for about 10 to 15 minutes and shuts off when trying to re start it just cranks after 5 to 10 minutes then it will run again and then shuts off fuel pressure is good also checked for codes and none where found I'm thinking it could be my optispark becouse when checking for spark after it shuts off spark is very weak.

 

The opti can cause many problems, but is not the usual cause of a weak spark. Take a look at the ignition coil and the ignition module, as they may be failing when warmed up.

 

I have already swapped coil and module, but still problem happens can the oil pressure sensor or coolant temp sensor cause this problem.

 

The oil pressure sensor or the temp sensor should not cause your problem. Get a set of NOID lites and see if the PCM is firing the injectors when the trouble is in. If they are not being fired it could be that the Opti is not sending a signal to the PCM that the engine is rotating, and the PCM will then release the pump relay. Also, there is a test lead hanging in the engine compartment near the passenger strut tower. You can connect that lead to the battery using a fused test clip. This will apply power directly to the pump, by bypassing the pump relay and many of the connectors. If car runs OK when using the test lead, you then know there is an electrical problem in the pump circuit, such as wiring, relay, connectors, etc..

Thanks for the help Z28 Pete I have performed the test you advised and everything checks ok I will continue trubble shutting this issue when I have some time.
