test the opti, or pull it. what kind is it? if its a summit send it back for another. did you use locktite on the screws for the rotor. seems to be an issue with opti s. msd mostly but have read the cheaper ones and even some oem have had the screws come lose. have also read rare oem ones not lasting very long so they can be a pita.
