They didn't look that bad when I checked the comp. A little dark but not wet. they have about 5k on them so I'll pick up a new set on my way home. Didn't make sense to me that starting fluid didn't even get a spudder or make the plugs wet.

 

yah if you used starting fluid and it didnt even try to fire then something is off. what did you mean noid light on the sparkplug wire? i know theres noid lights for the injector and iac valve but never heard of one for spark. what is it?

 

I call it a noid light just cause does the same thing with the spark as with the injectors. Inline spark test light. I also have a wireless spark tester you just touch to a plug wire and it uses you as a ground to light up for fast diagnostics but I should use the technical term. Sorry

 

thats ok i was thinkin i need one. lol. this is a new one for me. might try checking the map, i have two cause i was having issues and ended up with an extra opti, ingnition module, map, coil, iac, tps and 02s. it was my ecu, aka main engine computer. do you have a chip in the ecu those have been known to screw the pooch to.

 

Yea........I feel like a dumb ***.........Had someone else look at the spark while I was cranking & trusted him when he said it had a blue spark......When I looked IT WAS WHITE.........New coil & she fired right up. Thanks for the input!
