I have a 92 RS Police Package TPI 350 and I can't get spark and of course no start.

Things I have tried so far:
New Coil
New ICM
New ECM
New Prom
New Plug Wires
Check Fuse By Battery that if blown would cut of power to ECM and Fuel Pump.
Bypassed my key (1130) with a resistor on car side not steering column, I tried a 1-kohm and a 1.5k-ohm and neither got me anywhere however my security light is on now.

I believe this covers everything I have tried. I you have any further questions please ask, or if you have any suggestions or answers please help. I really wanna get this car running asap. Thanks! I can supply specific photos if needed.

 

Have you checked with a volt meter to make sure you have power going to the coil?

 

Now you want people to actually test things. You are really hard to please. lol
