80 series flowmasters

how much hp did i gain when i went from stock exhaust to the 80 series flowmaster
on 94 z28

basically nothing. exhaust is primarily for sound. maybe 1 hp

i will somewhat disagree. i'd say more around 5-7. if you didn't gain anything from putting on a freer flowing exhaust, then why do racecars cut off the exhaust after the headers?

its just weld-in mufflers..... and racers typically have a much freer flowing engine, one that is pumping enough volume to actually be affected by its exhaust.
