Well when ever i pin it in first it shakes really bad and when it changes from 1st to 2nd it makes a thump sound. But it doesnt do it anyother gears.

You don't give us much info to go on, as each model car is a little different. But, you may want to take a look at the transmission & motor mounts, and if the car has a torque arm, check that mount also.
