Default 1994 Camaro z28 mods

I have a 94 Z28 with a k&n filter, exhaust, and a chip. It only has 58,xxx miles on it. I was wondering what i could do to make it quicker. I have about $700 to spend. Also what tires would be good since mine are almost bald. Thanks and any help is greatly appricated!

The 94s do not accept chips, so you will need to explain that part. What kind of exhaust mods do you have? Get rid of the K&N filter and replace it with a good cold air intake, K&N, Moroso, and others make good ones. If you want to go nitrous, and you are new to spraying, make it simple& get a dry system and stay below 100 HP till you get things sorted out. Get a complete kit made for your engine. Don't just try to assemble a bunch of parts, and then wind up wondering why a piston decided to break. You have to keep in mind that nitrous adds power on top of what the engine makes normally, so the more power you make normally the more you will have later.

I have the k&n cold air intake, and the exhaust is from the headers back, i dont know what kind it is.My parentsbought the car with all the parts on it. I never knew that they dont accept chips. The guy we bought it from said it had one. He was a older guy with alot of camaros. I was just talking to my dad who bought the car and he said that the chip just removes the governer and the rev limiter. But i really dont know that much about it.What kind of nitrous system would your recommend? Ya i was thinking like a 75 shot. Thanks for all your help.

he was probably refering to a Hypertech programmer or something similar that you can use to remove the governor, reset shift points etc. It's not a replacable chip, it edits the PCM.
