My dad and I own a 1992 Camaro V8 308 with only 26K on it. We're looking to do some mods to make it faster. Any ideas? Thanks

I think he means a 305. Intake and exhaust always help. Cam and heads would give ya a jump in power.

Garrett T-60 turbo would do it... but thats several grand for the snail itself, not to mention everything to keep the motor together. Try the Summit catalog and some other places... If you know any gearheads, they would be able to tell ya the exact places to go. I've heard that the general rule in Summit (and most other reputable places) is that "You get what you pay for". Whatever you do, match up your parts, ie get benefits for the same area. A set of intake-headers-exhaust that are all tuned for the same rpm range (low, mid, high) will give you better results than a mis-matched set.

Vortec or powerdyne are pretty respectable from what i hear but ....hearsay
